How To Apply:
Step 1: Prime eyelids with Shadow Insurance and blend out using a clean fingertip or a flat eye shadow brush.
Step 2: Define crease with a matte shade using a fluffy blending brush. Place brush tip into crease starting from outer corner, lightly buffing to the inner corner in rainbow motion. Layer for color intensity.     
Step 3: Apply your choice of shade on eyelid using a flat eye shadow brush. For shimmer shades, apply using a clean fingertip to intensify shimmer.     
Step 4: Finish with a generous coat of your choice of Better Than Sex Mascara.
